Class B Uniform orders! Please complete this form if you wish to purchase a sweatshirt and/or T-shirts. We are placing an order to be delivered before summer camp in July. Orders must be in by 9am on Thursday June 8. Payment can be made via Venmo at any time, or at the Court of Honor on June 7 or at the time of pickup. We have gray hooded sweatshirts for $25 and cotton t-shirts for $10 with the troop logo on the front of each. Please indicate the size and quantity for each. Good Afternoon We are less than 48 hours to our Whitewater campout. Here are a few points for everyone to get ready for this trip What do pack? Sleeping bag. Towel Flash light. Nalgene bottle. Light snack. Little money to spend (in case we get the opportunity to stop in a rest area). Temperatures are expected to be in the mid 40s. Pack something to keep you warm when temperatures fall. Rain gear (chances of rain in the afternoon). Adults – Please bring your own tent.
What is included Lunch (will have while rafting) Dinner Sunday breakfast.
Please wear something comfortable while rafting. Expect to get wet. DO NOT wear crocs / slides. Wear some water shoes.

We will meet behind James Cress on Saturday at 6AM. We will leave with or without you around 6:15AM. We are expected to be back on Sunday at around Noon. We will send a Remind when we get closer. Pickup will be at the Nesconset Plaza (opposite the gazebo).

Troop family, Wednesday is our Court of Honor and Troop BBQ Cookout – All families invited. Schubert’s Beach Pavillion at Long Beach, Nissequogue. $15 per family. Bring a side dish, soft drinks and/or a dessert to share. Dinner at around 5:30, Court of Honor around 7:00. Come celebrate your scout’s accomplishments. If you missed the Yawgoog summer camp final payment date last week, today is the final day to make your payments. Ask Mr. Lasher or Mrs. Weisberg if you need the final amount due. Total cost is $700 unless you have some credits on account. You still have 2 weeks to work on your paperwork in CampDocs. Please and thank you, of course.

Attention all scouts 16+ years old. (College guys are welcome too.) The Smithtown Chamber of Commerce is looking for 4 people to help with Smithtown Day this Sunday, June 4. They need people to pickup trash and bring trash to dumpsters. This is a paid opportunity, and you may also request a letter for community service. They need 2 people from 7am-11am and 2 people 11am-5pm. Each will receive $125. This is not a scout event, just an opportunity offered to responsible young adults.
