Camping Checklist

Spring Camping

The spring is warm days and cool nights.  During the day time the temp. Can range from 50- 70 degrees.  Your body will feel much warmer in 50 degree weather because your body is used to the cold weather of winter.

What to Bring:

2 pairs of pants
3 tee-shirts
2 sweat shirts
3 pairs of wool socks
3 pairs or sock liners
3 pairs of briefs or boxers
3 under shirts
Ball cap
Wool hat
Flashlight
3 meals (Lunch, Dinner, Breakfast)
Pocket Knife
Rain Gear
Sunscreen

Summer Camping

The summer is hot.  Temp. ranges of 60 at night to 90 during the day.  This is probably the best time to go camping weight wise because you don’t need pants or sweat shirts.  Here is an ideal list for summer camping.

What to Bring:

3 tee- shirts
2 pairs of shorts (add a pair of pants if desired)
1 sweatshirt (might get cold at night)
3 pairs of cotton socks
3 pairs of boxers or briefs
3 under shirts
Ball cap
Sunscreen
Sun Glasses
Flashlight
Rain Gear
Lunch
Pocket Knife

Fall Camping

The days are cooler and nights are colder.  You get colder faster than usual because your body is used to the 80 degree weather of the summer. The recommendation for fall camping is as follows…

3 pairs of boxers or briefs

Winter Camping

Winter camping could present a lot of problems.  Winter camping is very hard but it can be done.  You just need the right stuff.  The temp. ranges from 50- 30 degrees.  It’s a lot of fun when your warm but it stinks when your cold.  These items being listed can help you.
