This cabin camp-out will take place during the March 10th weekend at Camp Alpine, NJ.
Activities available at Camp Alpine include:
Activity Center -Climbing wall, ping pong, Foosball tables, volleyball court, basketball hoops
Hiking on the Red Dot Trail or in the Palisades Interstate Park
Geocaching Course
Orienteering Course
CAMPERS SHOULD DRESS WITH APPROPRIATE WARM LAYERS, HEADGEAR, HIKING BOOTS AND HAVE WARM GLOVES.
The cost is $30 per person. Please pay for this trip at an upcoming troop meeting.
Sign-up closes on Wednesday, Feb 28th, but there are only 30 total cabin spaces for both Scouts and adult leaders. This camp-out sign-up will close once the 30 spaces are paid for.
Expected departure time from the James Cress parking lot is no later than 7 am on Saturday, March 10th.
More details shall be provided at upcoming Troop meetings.

Hello Troop
I hope everyone had a good President’s week.
This Wednesday is our Meme meeting. It was so popular last year we are doing another version this year. Thank you Mr SPL.
Our Eagle CoH for 6 scouts is this Sat March 3 at the Cleary School 1:00. Please sign up to bring some refreshments to help us celebrate at the end of the ceremony.
Don’t forget to sign up for the Alpine cabin camping March 10-11 & the historical trip to Albany April 14-15.

Hello Troop
The 12th point of the Scout Law is Reverent. BSA’s anniversary is Feb 8. We have the opportunity once a year to come together with other scouts in the area and celebrate the anniversary and the 12th point of the law. We have 3 local places of worship that will be celebrating this weekend. Holy Cross in Nesconset, Temple Beth Chai in Hauppauge, & St John Greek Orthodox in Blue Point. Please check the troop calendar for more info.
If you are attending the Holy Cross mass please see the attached flier & let me or Mrs Bodor know so we can have enough seating for everyone.

Hello Troop 349
We will be meeting at James Cress parking lot Sat 2/3 at 6:30 am. We will be returning around 12:30 pm on Sunday 2/4. Please bring a bag lunch & Nalgene bottle for Sat. All other meals will be provided by the troop. It will be a cold weekend so please bring layers of clothes.
