To those going to Philmont: we will be holding a mandatory Philmont meeting in the small cafeteria at Great Hollow Middle School tonight. The meeting will be held starting at 7:30 and ending at 8:30. Parents are urged to attend. We will be deciding our Philmont itinerary, and discussing other topics regarding the trip. Attached is a file that shows the updated patrols and leadership. It also shows some leadership positions that we still need more scouts to fill. A leadership position is required for any rank past First Class, so if you need a position, fill out the form so that I know you are interested. You should then follow up with me in-person at a meeting. There are many positions other than the traditional “patrol leader” or “instructor” positions, so I recommend that you research some of the positions that seem interesting to you. As mentioned at the meeting, pack 57 is having their pinewood derby tomorrow. We would like to have volunteers from the troop attend to help the pack as well as represent our troop.
