Boston travelers, I’ll see you at 6:15am tomorrow at Nesconset Plaza. (Across from the Nesconset Gazebo.) Scouts and leaders will be in Class A uniforms Saturday, Class B on Sunday. Pack for tent camping. Last reminder for those in the hotel to verify you are in the Hilton Garden Inn, 110 Royall Street, Canton MA. (The phone number on the original promotional flyer was for a different hotel.) Bring a raincoat–overnight Saturday into Sunday looks questionable. Summer Camp! Hi, we’ve been receiving deposits for our troop summer camp at Yawgoog Scout Reservation in Rhode Island. Thank you! We also are starting to collect the necessary medical information forms. We have not been given a deadline yet, but please keep this in mind now as you need signed paperwork from your scout’s Dr. and a copy of their vaccination records. We also need a copy of your health insurance card, front and back. The Dr. completes page C where they will indicate the date of the last physical which must be after July 16, 2022. The form is attached, please complete all parts and return to the troop at your earliest convenience. You may attach the vaccination records to the form rather than completing that section of the form.
