Wear sunscreen and a hat Refillable water bottle (Nalgene) Bag lunch, snacks Towel Headlamp Change of clothes for after canoeing Nighttime clothes Sunday morning clothes Layers for evening Rain coat Sleeping bag, pad, camp pillow Mess kit (optional)
