A Big Thank you from the John Thiessen Foundation
The Troop received a Thank you letter from the John Theissen Foundation for contributing to their Holiday Toy Drive. It’s always great when the Troop can make a positive difference in Long Islander’s lives. NEW CLASSES HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THE WINTER MERIT BADGE WORKSHOPS!We recently posted the Winter Virtual Merit Badge Workshop schedule! We are working with Merit Badge Counselors to schedule more classes and will post them to the website as they are confirmed.
For the in person Merit Badge Workshops, there are still spaces available for Robotics and Programming.

Hello Troop 349, I just want to let all the scouts know that Mr. Pawlak is organizing Chess merit badge classes. They will be for 1/19 and 2/2 at 7:30PM. A sign up sheet is set up. So far, 6 scouts have signed up. It’s a good class so if you are interested, sign up and let Mr. Pawlak know. Also, I am trying to set up a Dog Care merit badge class.
