Hello Troop

If you have not already paid your registartion fee, please bring registration money to this week’s meeting. Your scout will not be able to advance in rank or go on outings if this fee is not paid by Nov 28 meeting. If you can not make it to the meeting please speak to
Mr Merchant or Mrs Villacci to make other arrangements. Thank you

This week’s meeting will be at Air Trampoline 1850 Lakeland Ave Ronkonkoma. Please be there at 6:45. Jumping is from 7-8:30..
$20/Scout. Siblings & Venturing scouts $24. Class “B” uniform please.

Wreath fundraiser pick up has been moved to Sat Dec 1 at the Nagosky’s house – 12 Belinda Ct Smithtown from 10-12.
We could use a few adults to help us pick up the items & transport to the Nagosky’s house. We will be meeting at 8am at Borellas Nursery on Smithtown Blvd. Please & thank you.

Two service projects this Sat Dec1. Kyle S. Eagle project & Lukas V. Life project. Both at St James Lutheran Church. Kyle could use older scouts help & Lukas could use younger scouts help. Please see troop calendar for more info.

Brunch with Santa

Every year our Dining Hall at Baiting Hollow Scout Camp gets transformed into a winter wonderland. Garland is hung from the rafters, Christmas trees are decorated and the fireplace is cracklin’.

Santa will be with us on:

Sunday, December 9th, 2018 (9:00 am & 2:00 pm seatings are available.)

Saturday, December 15th, 2018

Sunday, December 16th, 2018 (9:00 am & 2:00 pm seatings are available.)

To schedule a private seating on Saturday, December 8, 2018, for your Cub Scout Pack or to inquire about a Corporate Event please contact Jim Grimaldi

There are 3 seatings each day:

9:00 am

11:30 am (This seating is available on December 15th only.)

2:00 pm

Admission is $18 per child and $13 for adults. Please click here to register!

Each sitting is limited to 50 children. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. NO WALK-INS! This event has sold out the last two years. Don’t Delay, Register Today!!

Each session with Santa is full of fun and activities. You can decorate your own cake, make some arts and crafts, and watch a holiday movie. There are a variety of brunch items offered including an omelet station. Santa makes an appearance and every child gets time on Santa’s lap, a keepsake photo and a gift from Santa himself!
