Hello, All – We are down to crunch time for our exciting Troop 349 Historical Trip to Philadelphia/Valley Forge (April 6 – 7), and I am trying to nail down the numbers. PDF Flyer is attached

HOTEL – If you are interested in staying at the hotel, please contact them ASAP, as they are looking to release the rooms we had set aside. The Scouts will be staying at the hostel.

Please remember to sign up & pay for the TMR campout & the Philadelphia historical trips at tonight’s meeting or online.

Next week March 6 will be our Court of Honor in the auditorium of Great Hollow.

We still need several scouts to turn in their sign in sheets from their projects. Some of these projects were completed over 6 months ago. These should always be handed in at the meeting following the project. Other scouts need this service time info for rank advancement, honor society, etc. Please bring these sheets in tonight.

Gather your unwanted clothes for our spring clothing drive starting in a few weeks.

There will be a meeting for all Life scouts & their parents at Mr Rubesh’s office 112 Terry Rd. monday Feb 18 at 730. We will be discussing all aspects of the Eagle paperwork & project process.

Hello Troop

We will be leaving Sat at 7am from the parking lot behind James Cress. Please bring a bag lunch, mess kit, & nalgene. We will be troop cooking for dinner and muffins for breakfast.

We will be hiking this weekend. Please bring boots and layers of warm clothes, gloves, 2 layers of socks etc. It may be a bit wet & muddy at camp from the melting snow.

We will be returning to Smithtown around 12:30 on Sunday.

We are in desperate need of drivers for this weekend’s campout. We have 36 people going and only 24 have seats so far. If we can not get enough drivers we will not have space for the last few scouts who paid. If you are interested in joining us for the weekend or just driving one way please let Jim Lasher or myself know ASAP.
