| Sept 2019 Canoe Campout

On Saturday, September 7th, Troop 349 will meet at the Paul T. Given County Park at 7 am and then canoe up the Nissequogue River. The troop will camp overnight at Short Beach Town Park.
Parents will pick up their scouts on Sunday, September 8th at Short Beach.
The troop will provide more details in the future.
Please submit this form if you plan to attend the Nissequogue River Canoe trip and camp out.
The cost per person is $30. You may pay for this trip at an upcoming meeting. |

Matt Pickow’s Eagle Project (Day 1) is set back to 10:00am today. Day 2 is tomorrow. See you there!

Matt’s Eagle Project is scheduled for this weekend at the Little Shelter in Huntington.
Day 1: On Friday, he will need a few scouts (9am-12 pm) to help lay the foundation for the retaining wall. Gloves, shovels and Scout spirit needed.
Day 2: On Saturday, he will need scouts (9am-3pm) for the remainder of the project. Gloves, shovels and rakes and some more Scout spirit needed!
If anyone needs a ride, the Pickows will be driving both of their cars to the Little Shelter.

Ferry to Yawgoog tomorrow. Please be at Orient Pt ferry at Noon tomorrow. Wear class A uniform. Bring bag lunch & day pack with Nalgene bottle & suntan lotion. Let’s have some fun!!!

We will be packing up the trailer tomorrow from 10-12. All scouts going to Yawgoog need to come with their bags and Class A.
