Hello Troop 349,
On March 28th, Suffolk County Council is holding a 5k race and Walkathon in memory of Andrew McMorris and to help raise funds to complete the new cabin that was built in his memory. Below is the flyer that provides some details on the event. At Wednesday’s meeting At Wednesday’s meeting, Max Melendez announced that he will be running and is looking for others in the Troop to run with him or sponsor him. Please consider participating in some way to help the McMorris family. Thank you.

We will be meeting in the parking lot behind James at 7 am tomorrow morning. Cabin camping. Please bring a bag lunch. We are troop cooking. Please bring cold weather gear. Layers of clothes. Hiking boots & Nalgene. Temps will not be above freezing all weekend. Please do not bring cell phones. We will be returning around noon on Sunday. Thank you”
