New message from M. Wichtendahl’s Troop 349 class
Hello Troop 349!
Tonight our meeting will be held from 7:30-9:00 at the Holbrook Country Club at 700 Patchogue Holbrook Road. Due to the rain expected this afternoon and this evening we will need to move inside and Mr. Stahl has graciously offered the use of the space at the Club. Scouts should be in Class A uniform and go to the main entrance when you arrive at the building. See you there tonight!

Pack 57 Bicycle Rodeo On Sunday September 22, 2024 from 10:00am to 11:30am Pack 57 is hosting a Bicycle Rodeo in the parking lot at Schubert’s Beach 554 East Long Beach Road, St. James. The participants will learn bike safety skills and the rules of the road. Bikes will be inspected and helmets will be fitted and then they will take a ride through a skill course to practice bike safety techniques.
Pack 57 asked for a few 349 Scouts to help run their bicycle rodeo. The event starts at 10:00, so let’s get there a little early to get set up.
Feel free to bring your bike and helmet, but there are non-rolling helper positions available too~!

October Campout -Harriman State Park This tent campout will take place October 5-6 at Lake Tiorati in Harriman State Park.
The troop will depart from the Municipal Parking Lot across from the U-Haul on Bellemeade Ave, Smithtown at 7:30 am on Saturday, October 5, and will return to Smithtown on Sunday, October 6 at approximately 1:00 pm.
Weekend activities will include: Patrol cooking Hiking in the State Park
The cost is $35 per person. Please pay at an upcoming troop meeting, or Venmo Mrs. Weisberg @BSA349Smithtown (use code 3721)
