We are just a few days away from Yawgoog!
Reminders for trailer pack out tomorrow:
• Uniform on Hanger for Inspection
• Signed Troop 349 Code of Conduct
• Prerequisite forms for merit badges
• Medications
• Money for the Scout Bank
We are meeting at 29 Knighthood Circle 10am-12pm. All are welcome to help!
If you already completed your pre-requisite forms, great! If not, I attached a report showing the prerequisites in the email I sent to the parents of scouts registered. Of course, don’t forget any pre-requisites that Mr. Ryder may have asked you to do for his classes.
Reminders for Sunday:
• Scouts and Adults will be in Class A Uniform during transit to Yawgoog
• Please be at Orient Point by 9:00 AM so we can be ready to board the ferry departing to New London at 10:00am. Boarding time is earlier this year, so please be on time. We are under the direction of the Ferry Company as to when we will load onto the ferry and want to allow for time for the traditional Troop photo
• Pack a refillable Nalgene water bottle, lunch, and a snack for the trip to camp. Please ensure your Scout has a refillable water bottle. Last year scouts did not bring them and there were issues throughout the week with hydration.
