Yawgoog July 7-13
The below scouts are registered for summer camp at Yawgoog. I have emailed each family the link and login credentials to the Parent Portal to make the partial payment to Yawgoog. This is due asap as their late fee starts 06-07-2024 12:00 AM The troop balance is due to the troop by June 15.
The portal will also be used for choosing the merit badge classes this year before we leave. Last minute on-site changes are acceptable. Other than a first-year participant, scouts typically take 2-3 merit badge classes offered by Yawgoog.
–If your scout is listed but you have not received the email from me, please reach out to me with the email address that it should be sent to. ([email protected]) –If your scout is not listed and you have paid a deposit to the troop, please let me know. –If you have not registered and would like to, it’s not too late! Make at least the $50 deposit to Mrs. Weisberg asap and I will email the portal credentials.
The cost for summer camp is $775. $540 paid directly to Yawgoog on the portal and $235 to the troop.

Medical forms are again being managed on the Camp Doc website. They have emailed you directly with instructions. Most questions are answered online, Part C and the immunization records (only) need to be completed by your doctor and uploaded to the site.
