Reminder: there is no Troop Meeting tonight. Please enjoy the night off and good luck with your final exams!
Reminder: Troop 349 will end the school year with its annual year-end Court of Honor and family picnic on Wednesday, June 25th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. This will be held at the Otto Schubert Beach Pavillion located adjacent to the Long Beach Marina in St. James. Otto Schubert Beach is a Smithtown Park and will require you to have a town sticker on your car to enter without a charge.
All Scouts along with their families are encouraged to participate in this great event. Set up will begin around 4, Dinner will be served about 5:00 and will be followed by the Court of Honor.
Families are encouraged to bring a side dish, dessert and or drinks to share with our troop family. We will be grilling burgers, veggie burgers and hot dogs for everyone.
The price per family is $10.00. Please register and pay by June 20 so we can plan accordingly. You can Venmo Mrs. Weisberg @BSA349Smithtown (use code 3721)
Scouts should bring/wear their Class A uniform for the CoH.

Hello 349! Tonight is our annual scavenger hunt! It will be class B tonight, and we will be going from 6:45 to 8:30, starting at the Nesconset Library gazebo, andending at Swirls and Twirls, for ice cream! Hope to see all of you there

Good evening 349! Tomorrow is our troop scavenger hunt. This will be starting at 6:45pm, at the Nesconset library. Because of the nature of the scavenger hunt, we need parents to volunteer as drivers for the teams (some questions require finding locations in Smithtown). Hope to see everyone for a great night, and some ice cream at Swirls and Twirls after!!

We are back in the Commons Cafeteria tonight at Smithtown High School East.
Please remember to bring your Scout Book with your rank advancements and Blue Cards so we can log in all advancements for the upcoming Court of Honor!
Any parents that have questions about Yawgoog please come to the meeting tonight. Adult leaders will be there for all questions.

Hello Troop 349 Whitewater Campers! @everyone
On Saturday we will meet at the U-Haul on Bellmeade Ave in Smithtown at 6:00am. We would like to depart by 6:30 so we have plenty of time to get to Whitewater Challengers.
The weather looks good and the river will be flowing!
What to bring:
-Scout Spirit -Refillable Nalgene Water Bottle -Snacks for the ride up -Change of clothes for after the rafting adventure and change of clothes for Sunday -Sleeping bag and foam pad
The lunches are all ordered per the requests made at sign-up.
For dinner the Scouts will be doing Patrol Cooking. RJ and James W will be speaking with the Scouts at the Troop meeting to select the meal and hand out the purchasing assignments.
Sunday breakfast will be pancakes, fruits and juices.
If any Scouts need cooking sign-offs they should bring their Scout Books with them.
